Help & FAQ
How do I search by transport route and requirements on the site and through MCP?
Enable Precise transport search for road and international transport. Enter A/B countries and localities and dates; weight in kg, volume in m³, vehicle type, loading method, ADR and temperature are under advanced requirements. Apply the route and requirements before saving the search. Geography uses exact text or GeoNames, without a radius. Unknown values for selected conditions are excluded by default; explicit opt-in includes them, not known conflicts. Resource availability is separate from listing expiry. The site and MCP use the same data and search rules, not a separate agent catalogue; public search never exposes private listings. get_listing_discovery (read) finds candidates for an owned listing (public or private): known incompatible candidates are omitted, while remaining candidates may need clarification. Relevance and absence of conflicts in checked parameters do not guarantee physical fit, reservation or transport performance.
How do I resend my listing to Telegram?
Open My listings or your listing's Details and press Resend to Telegram. Before the first successful delivery, the button says Send to Telegram. Only published, public, unexpired listings are eligible, and the acting user's email must be verified. By default, you can resend 22 hours after the last successful delivery of that listing, including the initial automatic post; administrators can change this interval. The status and next available time appear below the button. Clicking queues delivery rather than confirming it; status updates automatically. Repeated clicks do not create extra jobs. A delivery failure does not itself start a new cooldown. Private listings are never sent to the public chat. Resending neither extends the listing's expiry nor moves it up in the website feed.
How do I receive new listings matching my filters?
Sign in, set feed filters and choose Save search. Name it and select hourly or daily checks; email is optional and off by default. Manage searches in My listings → Partners & requests → Saved searches: open results, change frequency, pause, resume or delete. Up to 10 searches. Only new public listings by other companies after saving or resuming are considered; old and private listings are not sent. Each listing triggers at most one alert per search. Up to 50 new matches per check; remaining matches are considered later while still active. Warehouse dates remain absolute, and an expired period pauses the search. A filter match does not establish cargo compatibility. Email goes to the creator's verified address; administrators can trace attempts, but SMTP acceptance is not proof of reading. Deleting a search cannot recall emails already sent.
What do the company label and rating mean?
The profile's organization name appears on website cards and new Telegram announcements. The public label removes @, phone numbers, email addresses and links; the stored profile is unchanged. This is a user-provided name, not company verification. The overall rating appears only when calculable under the existing 365-day formula: 65% review quality and 35% process discipline. It requires at least 3 published reviews and process data. Missing scores are not replaced with zero or stars. A score does not guarantee performance or payment. Previously sent Telegram messages are not automatically rewritten.
How do I save partners and organize groups?
Open Details on another organization's listing, then select Save partner. This button is not shown in the feed. This saves its registered organization, not a phone number or an arbitrary company name. Optionally enter a group of up to 80 characters. Saving the organization again updates its group. Open My listings → Partners & requests → Partners to filter by group or remove an organization. Saving reveals no contacts, sends no invitation and does not certify reliability. Groups are not staff teams; team management is outside this release.
How do I send a private request to selected organizations?
Select New private request under Partners or enable Send only to selected partners in a service-request form. Complete the usual fields and select 1–20 distinct saved registered organizations. Selecting a group adds its current members; review the checkboxes before sending. Later group changes or removing a saved partner do not change recipients of an existing request. Press Send private request. Do not include contacts in the text. A portal notification is created; email requires an eligible active account with verified email and current access. Otherwise the invitation remains portal-only. Email may be skipped if access is lost or the request expires. Delivery is not a response or agreement to provide a service.
Where can I see private requests and invitations?
After sign-in, the general feed contains public listings, your private requests and requests addressed to your organization, marked Private request. Use Details or Respond on the card. Under Partners & requests, Incoming and Outgoing show addressed requests including inactive statuses. Notification invitations open an authenticated detail page. Other ordinary users cannot read them; public listing links do not work for private requests. They are excluded from SEO and Telegram. Administrators can read them after additional administrative sign-in by selecting Private or All in the general feed. This is a separate read-only view, with no participant impersonation; My feed returns to ordinary personal access.
How do I make a private request public?
The owner opens the private request and selects Make request public. Review its text and commercial terms, then explicitly confirm publication. The request becomes available in the public feed and search engines and may be announced on Telegram. It remains the same request with its existing responses, not a new independent transaction. If the listing changed, reload its current version and confirm again. Expired requests or requests in an ineligible status cannot be published. Recipients and administrators in read-only mode cannot publish on the owner's behalf.
What happens when I repeat my listing?
Select Repeat on your own listing. A prefilled form opens without sending anything or automatically renewing it. Prices, dates and previous recipients are not carried over. Review cargo, route, quantity and terms; enter fresh listing expiry, service dates and pricing. For an available resource, reconfirm numeric capacity; for a private request, select recipients again. Confirm that you reviewed the details and submit the form. Normal validation for the selected listing kind applies. Provenance links to the original listing; previous responses and agreements are not copied. Multi-leg routes keep their original sequence until you change the origin or destination.
What does personal analytics measure?
Open Partners & requests → Personal analytics and choose 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. The main cohort contains your organization's public and private requests created during that period, excluding drafts and incoming requests owned by others. Primary metrics show requests, requests with a response, requests with an accepted offer and median time to first response. The median uses responding requests only, with a responded/all denominator. A first response is not necessarily suitable; acceptance is not payment or completed work. Under Detailed metrics, revisions do not multiply organizations; repeat partners were selected on at least two requests in this cohort. Public listing counts cover all three listing kinds and exclude private requests. Zero is a measured zero; 'No data' means no observation is available. Currencies and procurement amounts are not summed and no market index is calculated.
How do I list warehouse space or a storage requirement?
Under Publish, select Warehousing. The warehouse section asks for country, locality, pallet storage and/or cross-docking, and constraints. Requests need a period, required capacity, cargo description and a known cargo quantity. Available resources need a period and available capacity in pallets, m², m³ or tonnes; pallets must be whole numbers. Service offers describe capabilities without promising vacancies. Cross-docking does not require adding storage. The warehouse period is separate from listing expiry. This is not a reservation or a WMS.
How do I search warehouses and update available capacity?
Expand Warehouse services in the Feed filters, enter a location, operation, period and, if needed, capacity together with its unit. Press Apply warehouse filters. The entire period must be covered; currencies and units are not converted. Location names match exactly, ignoring case. Listings without detailed warehouse parameters are excluded; capability offers do not satisfy date or capacity filters. On your own available-resource card, press Update availability. This does not renew the listing. If another user has already changed the details, reload the current card and reapply your changes.
How do I compare and revise response terms?
Expand Additional terms when responding to enter amount and currency, unit and quantity, operations, VAT, payment, service dates, quote validity, minimum terms and exclusions. Leave unknown prices blank; zero on an operation line explicitly means a free operation. Under Responses → Received, press Compare responses for a listing. Comparison loads separately and includes only that listing's responses; a warning identifies a partial result set. Amounts are not summed, currencies are not converted and no automatic cheapest offer is declared. Under Sent, use Revise quote on a pending response to create a new version and withdraw the previous one. Terms history shows preceding versions. Acceptance refers to one specific version, never overwrites accepted terms, does not reserve warehouse capacity and does not itself replace a contract.
I forgot my password. How do I recover access?
On the Sign in page choose Forgot password?, enter your registration email and press Email a reset link. Open the LogisticsSOS email, follow the link, enter your new password (15–128 characters) twice and press Save new password. The link can be used once and expires 30 minutes after the request. Sign in with your new password afterwards: previous sessions on all devices will end. Administrator 2FA, your profile, balance and Telegram link remain unchanged. Recovery does not lift an account suspension or automatically verify your email.
How do I change my password from my profile?
Open Profile, find Change password and press Email a reset link. The email is sent to your account address. Follow the link and set a new password as in the recovery process. You do not need your current password, but you must have access to the mailbox. Requesting an email alone does not change your password or end sessions: this happens only after saving the new password.
The recovery email did not arrive or the link does not work. What should I do?
Check the address, inbox, spam folder and mailbox filters; queued delivery may take some time. Wait at least one minute before requesting again; up to five requests per hour are allowed per account. If a link expired, was used or you refreshed the page after opening it, request a new email or reopen an unused link from your email. A successful password reset invalidates all earlier links. If delivery still fails, contact the administrator to check SMTP. The interface intentionally does not reveal whether an address is registered. Never share your password. If you did not request a reset, simply ignore the email.
Where can I read logistics news and where does it come from?
The News section contains short summaries of industry reports in Russian and English. Headlines may appear above the listings feed, to the right of the filters. Select a headline to open the news page, or All news to browse the catalogue. Each story links to its original source and shows the source date. Summaries are AI-assisted: verify important details with the original publisher. Switching language opens the same story in the other language. Rotating headlines are not a real-time news feed: collection and processing follow schedules configured by the administration. The drum is hidden when disabled or when no published stories are available. An optional scheduled Telegram digest lists headlines and links to the News section using a button.
Can I find part-load freight or spare capacity along a route?
Yes. Choose Post a listing → Service request → Road freight (or International freight) and Can travel as a part load. Required: A/B countries and localities on every leg, a loading date (both start and end for a window), cargo description, weight in kg, a whole package or pallet count, and maximum length, width and height in cm. These are maxima across all places, not dimensions of every place: describe mixed-size groups as ‘count × length × width × height, weight’ in the cargo text. Unknown quantities are not suitable for a concrete part load; clarify them first. Carriers choose Available resource and Space available for a part load: current locality, availability date, destination locality or explicitly named acceptable destination areas, and at least one remaining-capacity value — kg, m³ or whole pallet spaces. Total vehicle capacity does not replace remaining capacity; leave other unknown values blank. Part loads only shows marked concrete requests/resources with required details; other filters still apply. Incomplete old cards remain readable in the general feed and by direct link, without invented values, but cannot be renewed: publish a new listing with clarified details. Past loading dates cannot be renewed either. General geography remains valid for a Service offer, without the part-load flag. Loading dates and listing expiry are separate. Select Respond to agree compatibility, packing, deviations, timing and price: there is no automatic route matching, space reservation or transport guarantee.
How do I connect an AI agent through MCP?
Verify your email. Open Profile → Agent API keys (MCP), choose a name, expiry and permissions, then press Create key. Save the secret: it is shown only once. MCP for agents in the menu and footer provides the server URL, guide, tools and limits. A Streamable HTTP client with a Bearer header is required; OAuth login is not supported yet. Reading is included; publishing and responding are separate permissions. Accept, reject and withdraw responses (interests:decide) is a separate permission, off by default: accepting creates a Match. Existing keys and permission to send responses do not gain these powers automatically. Payments, contacts and administration are not exposed through MCP. Revoke keys and check last use in the same profile section. Do not paste secrets into agent conversations.
How do I change the feed layout and order?
Icons above the feed select newest first, oldest first, expiring soon or longest validity. Hover for an explanation. Adjacent icons switch Grid view / List view. Select several listing types and categories; menus expand downward without internal scrolling. Layout, sort and filters stay in the page URL. Hovering over a description shows a separate tooltip over the cards. Details and Respond are available directly on each card.
What is LogisticsSOS and what is the platform for?
LogisticsSOS helps logistics-market participants publish structured service requests, offers and available resources, discover compatible listings, record mutual interest and retain an engagement history. The platform is not a carrier, agent, payment intermediary or transaction guarantor. The parties remain responsible for due diligence, commercial terms, contracts and payments.
How do I get started?
1. Create an organization account under Sign in / register. 2. Open Profile, verify your email and complete the required fields. 3. If you need Mute removed in the Telegram community, separately link Telegram and check access in Profile. 4. Complete Contacts; this information is not shown in the public feed. 5. Publish a request, offer or free resource under Create, or find one in Feed. 6. Send and manage responses under Responses. Accepting a response creates a Match. 7. After a Match, each party may separately share contacts and record working terms under Engagements.
Where do I verify email and what becomes available?
After registration, open Profile. The email status and Send the verification link again button are displayed near the top. Open the email and press Verify email. Verification unlocks publishing, responses, Match, contact sharing and engagements. Before verification, you can use the feed, profile, notifications and FAQ.
What if the verification email is missing or the address is wrong?
1. Check Spam and promotional folders. 2. In Profile, press Send verification link. The persistent status below the button shows sending, accepted by the mail server, or waiting for an automatic retry. Server acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. 3. Requests have a 2-minute cooldown, shown on the button. Reloading or changing the address cannot bypass it. An email still queued is reused without creating copies or resetting error backoff. 4. For a genuine typo, use Change email after the cooldown. Previous links are invalidated. 5. Use the newest link; links are single-use and expire.
What if automatic email verification does not work?
Contact support using the link at the bottom of the FAQ. An administrator can verify your email manually after checking that you control that address, for example by asking you to reply to an email. This is a fallback for delivery failures or strict spam filters, not a bypass of email ownership checks. Email verification does not complete your profile or automatically remove Telegram restrictions.
Why complete the profile and which fields are required?
The profile tells other participants who you are, what you do and which geography you cover. It is also required before Telegram can be linked and community access checked automatically. Required fields are community role, 1–3 specializations, activity or interest geography, work phone, and what you seek in LogisticsSOS. Website, references, flagship case and cooperation preferences are optional but make the profile more useful. The contact card used after Match is completed separately under Contacts.
Where and how do I link a Telegram account?
First verify email and save a complete required profile. Then find the separate Link Telegram section in Profile: 1. Press Create a Telegram linking link. 2. Open or copy the displayed personal link. 3. In the private chat with the bot, press Start. Merely opening the bot is not enough. 4. Return to the site and press I started the bot — check status. The link is single-use and available for a limited time. Do not share it: whichever Telegram account starts the bot will be linked.
How do I lift Mute in @LogisticsSOS after linking?
Account linking and community access are two separate processes. After linking, use Community access and Mute removal in Profile. The system checks access automatically; if needed, press Check access and lift Mute if needed or Retry access check. After 15–20 seconds press Refresh status. If you can already post or are a chat administrator/owner, the system only confirms access and does not alter permissions. Mute cannot be removed without a linked Telegram account.
Why is Telegram linked while community access is not confirmed?
The link remains saved after every access error. Follow the message shown in the access section: - the account is not a member of @LogisticsSOS — join the community and retry; - the account is banned — a chat administrator must unban it; - Telegram is temporarily unavailable — retry later; - Telegram rejected Mute removal — an administrator must check the bot permissions. After correcting the cause, press Retry access check, then Refresh status.
What is the difference between a request, an offer and an availability slot?
A service request is published by a customer and describes the route, cargo, timing and expected commercial terms. A service offer describes a provider's recurring service, geography, specialization and capabilities. An availability slot advertises a particular free resource at a place and time, such as a vehicle, capacity or warehouse space. Choose the type that reflects the current need so discovery and counterparties interpret your role correctly.
How do I create, preview and publish a listing?
Choose Post a listing, its type and service category. Enter a description, geography, expiry and commercial terms. For requests, provide cargo weight in kg; ordinary requests may instead specify volume, package count or pallet count. If unknown, explicitly select Measurements unknown — consultation needed. Concrete part loads always require weight. Briefly name the Cargo / service object rather than copying the whole description. For offers, describe capabilities; for available resources, provide location, capacity and availability. Click Preview listing at the bottom. Review the text and terms; Back to editing preserves your entries. Only Post a listing inside the preview sends it to the server. Until then it is neither published nor saved on the server. Private requests go to selected partners, not the public feed or Telegram. Do not put contacts in public text: they will be removed when posting; contact sharing is available after mutual agreement.
How long is a listing visible and how do I keep it current?
When creating a listing, choose a publication period or exact removal date. After `Valid until`, the listing automatically leaves the active feed so stale offers do not accumulate. On your active listing in Feed, press Confirm current to extend it by seven days. Configurable per-category daily limits and cooldowns also keep one participant from crowding out others with frequent similar posts.
How do I search the Feed?
Use text search and combine several listing types and service categories. Newest listings come first by default; icons above the feed change sort order and Grid view / List view. Cards show geography, price, date and validity. Details opens the full listing; Respond opens a form directly from the feed. Responding to your own organization is hidden; manage its listings under My listings.
How does Discovery work?
Publish your own listing first. In Discovery, select it as the reference. The platform shows compatible listings from the same category, calculates a relevance score and explains points and warnings. Discovery creates a useful shortlist but does not guarantee compatibility or reliability. Review the description, terms and counterparty carefully.
How do I respond to a listing properly?
In Feed, press Respond. Write a concrete proposal and state how you will perform the work. If the terms are known, expand Additional terms for price, currency, VAT and payment terms. Collapsing this section keeps your entries; if a price is unknown, do not enter zero instead of requesting a calculation. Do not include contacts in the text: the listing owner first accepts the response, creating a Match and controlled contact exchange. One active organization response per listing is sufficient; a pending sent response can be withdrawn.
Where can I see sent and received responses?
Open Responses. Under Received, the listing owner can accept or reject a proposal. Under Sent, its author sees the status and may withdraw a response that has not been decided. Status shows whether the response is pending, accepted, rejected, withdrawn or expired. A new response also queues an email to the listing author's registered address with a link to Responses; email availability never blocks saving the response. Important changes also appear under Notifications.
What is a Match and when is it created?
A Match records mutual interest between two organizations. It is created when the listing owner accepts a received response. A Match is not a contract and does not reveal contacts automatically. It enables two next steps: each party may independently share its contact card and either party may propose structured engagement terms.
Where do I enter contacts and when can the other party see them?
Under Contacts, enter the contact person and useful channels: email, phone, Telegram or WhatsApp. This card is not public in Feed. After a Match, each party separately presses Share my contact. The counterparty sees only the contact you deliberately shared for that Match; their contact appears to you after their own sharing action.
What is an Engagement and how are terms recorded?
After a Match, expand Propose working terms. Enter the agreed scope, price or pricing mode, payment terms, planned dates and optionally an order or contract reference. The proposal appears to the other party and becomes active only after Accept terms. Active and closed records are available under Engagements. This is a platform process record, not a substitute for a legal contract.
How do I complete, cancel or dispute an engagement?
In an active engagement, one party selects Propose completion and records the result. The other party presses Confirm completion or may record a dispute. Cancellation requires a reason under Cancel. If a completion request remains unanswered until the configured deadline, that non-response contributes to the recipient's process-reliability metric and opens the review path defined by the rules; silence does not become mutual confirmation.
Where are notifications and how should I use them?
Notifications contains events about responses and engagements, such as acceptance, proposed terms and result confirmation. You can filter to unread items and mark individual messages as read. A notification points you to a change, but always check the current working state under Responses or Engagements.
How does transparent reputation work?
Reputation shows experience ratings, process reliability, timely completion-response rate, cancellation discipline, engagement outcomes and published-review count separately. An overall score appears only when enough evidence exists. Source counts and confidence are shown next to the metrics, so one isolated rating is not presented as robust evidence.
When can I leave a review and when does it become visible?
A review belongs to a recorded engagement, not an arbitrary profile. It becomes available after an eligible outcome: confirmed completion, cancellation, recorded dispute, or expiry of the completion-response period. It covers adherence to terms, timeliness, communication, data accuracy and role-specific quality. Reviews are double-blind: they are revealed after both parties submit or after the configured reveal period, so the first visible rating cannot influence the second.
Does LogisticsSOS resolve disputes or guarantee a transaction?
No. The platform lets parties record a dispute and its reason in the engagement history, but it is not an arbitrator, carrier, payment agent or performance guarantor. The parties verify authority and company details, execute contracts, choose payment methods and resolve commercial claims themselves. Platform administration moderates violations of platform rules such as spam, threats, rating manipulation and prohibited content.
Why might a new listing be temporarily rejected?
Configurable anti-flood limits apply: a number of listings within a rolling 24-hour window and a minimum publication interval per category. This is not an exact-text duplicate check that can be bypassed by changing one character. If a limit is reached, wait for the indicated interval rather than posting nearly identical listings.
What does the Blacklist contain and how should I interpret it?
Blacklist is available in the top navigation and contains structured reports of payment or performance problems. The public card omits authors, Telegram IDs and source-message links; it shows the counterparty, reported issue, amount/term, outcome, verification status and ambiguities. An entry is not a court judgment or a guaranteed fact. Before a transaction, independently verify the legal entity, authority, contract and whether the information is still current. Only administrators can amend the registry through the audited interface.
What is the Balance section for?
Balance shows internal credits and an immutable account transaction history. The architecture supports future paid features such as boosting a current listing or advertising placement. Internal credits are not a bank deposit or cryptocurrency. Until a particular paid service is enabled in the interface, the user cannot spend credits on it.
How do I change language and what is localized?
Choose Russian, English or Simplified Chinese at the top-right. Switching keeps your page, filters and sign-in. The interface, FAQ and system emails support all three languages; saving your profile saves the language for emails. User-authored descriptions and messages are not automatically translated. News remains Russian/English, with an explicit English-content notice in the Chinese interface. Uploaded advertisements may also use English originals.
