Blue Dart launches India-US B2C parcel service International Parcel Connect
Blue Dart announced International Parcel Connect, a B2C cross-border parcel service initially for shipments from India to the United States, with eligible parcels weighing 50 g to 11 kg.
Blue Dart Express Limited announced the launch in Mumbai on 26 October 2026. The service, powered by DHL eCommerce, is initially available for eligible shipments from India to the United States and targets e-commerce firms, D2C brands, marketplace sellers, SMEs and exporters.
It supports eligible B2C parcels weighing 50 grammes to 11 kilogrammes across categories such as apparel and fashion, auto spare parts, books, handicrafts, imitation jewellery and rugs. Shipments remain subject to customs, regulatory, commodity, weight and dimensional requirements.
Customers can choose Standard or Expedited delivery and track shipments. Blue Dart says it plans to extend the service to the UK, EU countries, Canada and Australia; these are future plans, not current operations.
