On 28 September 2026, the Global Ports terminal in Vrangel handled the first call of a new regular container service of Chinese line XLY between Vostochny port and Qingdao; two calls are planned per month, with 4–5 days transit.
The Global Ports terminal, part of Delo Group, in Vrangel (Primorsky Krai) handled the first vessel call on a new regular container route of Chinese shipping line XLY — Qingdao Xinlianyun Supply Chain Co., Ltd. The service links Vostochny port with Qingdao, one of China’s largest ports. The first voyage was performed by the vessel LIAN HE FA ZHAN.
The containers carried food products, household appliances, electronics and other consumer goods, automotive components and spare parts, as well as special equipment.
Vessel calls are scheduled twice a month, and transit time from Qingdao to Vostochny port is 4–5 days. With the launch, the total number of regular voyages between Qingdao and the Global Ports terminal in Primorsky Krai will reach twelve per month.
According to the 28 September 2026 report, this expands export and import shipping opportunities between Russia and China via the Far East basin.
