Aramex has signed a memorandum of understanding with GMR Airports to explore upgrades to express cargo terminals at GMR-operated airports across India, including a possible warehouse with direct airside corridor access targeted for March 2027.

Aramex has entered a memorandum of understanding with GMR Airports covering airports operated by GMR across India. The proposed collaboration focuses on the express cargo segment.

The two companies will explore upgrades to express cargo terminals, including dedicated truck docks, screening systems, dedicated cargo space and integrated customs clearance.

They are also considering a warehouse with a direct airside corridor access. That facility is targeted for March 2027, subject to a definitive agreement.

No definitive agreement has been announced, and the scope described so far is exploratory.
