Thomax completes fourth WMS go-live at Miniclipper Logistics

UK third-party logistics provider Miniclipper Logistics has switched its Dunstable EAV warehouse to Thomax’s cloud WMS; four of its six sites now run on the platform, with full rollout due in Q1 2027.

Thomax has completed its fourth go-live with UK third-party logistics provider Miniclipper Logistics. The Dunstable EAV warehouse has switched to Thomax WMS; four of Miniclipper’s six sites now run on the platform, and the full rollout is due to complete in Q1 2027.

The rollout has been phased site by site to protect service levels, with Thomax staff on site. The first site went live less than four months after contract sign-off. Previous go-lives listed in the source include Burton-on-Trent, Cherrycourt Way and Hibay in Leighton Buzzard in 2025, as well as Hibay in Leighton Buzzard in July 2026.

Miniclipper runs around 60 trucks and employs 230 people. Since migrating, it processes an order roughly every 5 seconds at peak times at its Burton-on-Trent fulfilment operation and has up to a month’s forward visibility of orders. The final two sites are due to go live in Q1 2027, completing the move to a single WMS across all six warehouses less than two years after the first go-live.
